Consumers pay nothing. Submitting a quote request on Leaditio is completely free, always. There is no fee, deposit, or card requirement at any point in the consumer journey.
Businesses pay Leaditio directly. Registered buyers pay Leaditio — via Paystack — either per lead delivered (wallet top-up) or on a fixed monthly subscription. That payment is for access to the lead itself, not a commission on any sale the buyer later makes.
Leaditio never holds or moves money between parties. We do not collect funds on behalf of consumers, and we never transfer money to service providers or any third party. Every Paystack transaction on this platform is a direct payment from a buyer to Leaditio — there is no escrow, split-payment, or marketplace payout involved.
A maximum of 3 buyers ever receive the same lead (2 for Financial Services, to preserve exclusivity on higher-value referrals), and exclusive leads are sold to one buyer only.

Without a subscription, you top up a wallet and are charged this exact rate the moment a matching lead is delivered to you. If your balance can't cover a lead, you simply aren't matched to it — never a surprise charge, never a negative balance.

Exclusive leads (sold to one buyer only) carry a 3× premium on the above rates. Qualified-tier leads (score 30–49) are available on subscription plans only.
Wallet credit never expires and is only ever spent when a lead is actually delivered to you.
All payments — subscriptions and wallet top-ups — are processed securely by Paystack. Leaditio never sees or stores your card details. Subscriptions are billed monthly on your signup anniversary date; wallet top-ups are once-off charges you initiate yourself.
Cancel anytime from your buyer dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then does not renew. There are no cancellation fees.
Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable, and unused wallet credit is not refunded in cash — instead, Leaditio operates a Lead Replacement Policy: any Hot Lead you can't reach after 3 documented attempts within 24 hours qualifies for a free replacement lead or, where no replacement is available, a wallet credit refund of that lead's exact price. A failed subscription renewal may result in immediate suspension of lead delivery until payment succeeds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact admin@leaditio.com before raising a chargeback — we resolve billing disputes directly and quickly.
